This past week, I was desperate for something to read, so I picked this book up at my grocery store, figuring it would be a quick, meaningless book. The sheer stupidity of the plot and characters did indeed leave me breathless.

This book is classic Dean Koontz – supernatural elements, wonderfully intelligent dogs, and a strong male lead character. Worse, all the arguments he tries to make are completely incorrect.
